How To Take A Kindle Fire Screenshot

How do you take a Kindle Fire screenshot? Well you have to come to the right place to learn how to make the best out of your Kindle Fire. It's a very cool feature to be able to capture a picture on the web at any given time.

This is a very great technique if your are online and would like to snap a picture of a web page or picture and share with others. By the end of this tutorial you will learn how to use Kindle Fire screenshot and how to share with your friends the photo you have capture. In order to take the screenshots you'll need to press the volume down button and the power switch at the same time. When you capture the screenshot you will know by the clicking sound and a quick image of the screenshot will flash on your screen. The image then will be save under your photos. The picture below is a screenshot I took from my Kindle Fire HD. 

The Kindle Fire screenshot allows you to capture portrait and landscape pictures. There's been a lot of talk about the difficulty of capturing a screenshot but with new Kindle Fire HD is much easier to do. 

After you have capture the screenshot the picture disappears from the screen. It's then save in your photo section of your Kindle. The Kindle organizes your photos and it will be under its own category under screenshots. On my Kindle Fire HD my photos are categorize in three sections camera, screenshots, and shared. This makes it easier when searching for your pictures.

Did you know you can transfer your pictures from your Kindle Fire to your computer? It might sound a bit complicated but is actually very simple to do. To start the process of transferring the photos you'll need to connect your USB cable to your computer. Once you connect the USB cord the pictures will transfer automatic. The pictures can be found on your PC under the file named:

MyComputer/Kindle/InternalStorage/Pictures/Screenshots

These pictures are yours to share anyway you like too. You can email them to friends, share on social media site, or save on your PC as a backup.
